I used with my Garmin 60 CSx and it works well but it drops down sometimes when my SUV shakes significantly. Also the it is not easy to use with the DC adapter cord.
Rest of mount can be easily removed with a plastic head screw. Base is screwed into boat.
I have an Astro 220 which is of the 60 series mold. Snaps in place and is very stable.
Works as described. Small footprint with black circle plastic base.
Perfect for a boat. Can easily change angle of unit for viewing.
Put mine on the left side of the center console. Just make sure you put the base where you want it the first time and naturally use stainless screws if on the salt.
This unit is flimsy but it works. To my knowlege, it's the only mount manufactured for the GPS 60 Series so I guess we we have to buy what's available. Amazon had the best price anywhere so I am happy for that. Other web sites have this priced at 29.99 which is criminal.
